The course shall also be conducted aimed at building the capabilities of selected managers/officers/staff to serve as 5S trainers in their respective agencies. This course shall allow an opportunity for participants to demonstrate skills in the delivery of 5S training, development of a customized 5S quality workplace standard/checklist, and various promotion and sustenance strategies for the 5S program. Caters to the need of clients to undertake a more focused coaching and workshop on RIA by performing a more detailed RIA on identified regulations using various analytical methods.

The course also highlights how knowledge management dovetails with the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) framework and the ISO 30401:2018.
The course introduces and enables participants to understand and apply the requirements for establishing and implementing an information security management system based on the ISO 27001:2013 standard.

The course also provides an opportunity to demonstrate their acquired skills in planning and performing an effective internal audit, as well as, reporting of audit findings.
