Anchored on Executive Order No. 605, the GQMP institutionalizes Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the bureaucracy and builds the capability of agencies to enhance their systems and processes. As the implementing arm for advocacy and capability building, the DAP helps government institutions nurture a culture of quality governance\u2014where decisions are data-driven, citizen feedback is valued, and innovation is encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Further advancing this vision, the \u201cDekalidad na Serbisyo para sa Mamamayang Pilipino\u201d advocacy upholds quality as a hallmark of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
