The Development Academy of the Philippines, through its Productivity and Development Center (DAP-PDC), invites officers and staff from different public sector organizations to the Quality Workplace Standards (QWS) 101: Orientation on the Adoption of QWS for local government units (LGUs), healthcare institutions, national government agencies (NGAs), and state universities and colleges (SUCs).  The event will be conducted on Monday, 11 December 2023, from 1:30-4:30 pm, and will be live streamed via the Zoom platform and YouTube.

Amidst the evolving public service landscape, DAP-PDC introduces a transformative initiative—QWS 101. This half-day session intends to provide participants with insightful perspective and understanding of the impact of QWS on service delivery and employee well-being within government agencies. Furthermore, participants can expect to gain practical knowledge on adopting QWS through the sharing of experiences and best practices by public sector organizations on their 5S/QWS journey, leading to improved efficiency and public trust.
