The PQA Business Excellence (BE) Framework, patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award of the United States, provides a holistic and integrated approach to strengthen the management systems and processes of an organization to achieve superior results for its stakeholders. Using the BE framework, the DAP-PDC assists government agencies in pursuing excellence and bringing organizational performance to the next level. Technical assistance projects help establish mechanisms to develop a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
