The course provides the participants the knowledge on the quality concepts and principles, the requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015 standard, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. The course also provides an opportunity to demonstrate the acquired skills in interpreting the requirements, as well as, their skills in drafting the documented information within the context of their organization.

Caters to the need of clients to undertake a more focused coaching and workshop on RIA by performing a more detailed RIA on identified regulations using various analytical methods.

Prerequisite: Basic Course on RIA

Target Participants: Regulation authorities (officers, directors, and key technical staff) of local government units, national government agencies, line and staff bureaus, government owned and controlled corporations, and the legislative.

The course provides the participants the knowledge on the concepts, principles, techniques, and practices of performing an effective internal quality audit in accordance with ISO 19011:2018 with focus on auditing quality management system. The course also provides an opportunity to demonstrate their acquired skills in planning and performing an effective internal audit, as well as, reporting of audit findings.

The course is for selected agencies’ internal audit committee, which will include reviewing, writing, and crafting 5S Audit checklist while considering how such activity can be relevant to the curbing of Covid-19, as well as spread awareness on how good community housekeeping impacts on health and safety.

Aims to support RIA practice by considering costs associated with regulatory compliance such as administrative burdens, substantive compliance costs, administration and enforcement costs, and direct financial costs through the DAP-developed RCM.

Prerequisite: Basic Course on RIA

A brief orientation on the importance and principles of the 5S Good Housekeeping to the participating interested public sector organizations including their roles and responsibilities in implementing the 5S Program.

The course aims to enable participants to understand and apply the fundamental concepts, practices and tools  in creating, sharing and applying knowledge to enhance organizational productivity and growth. The course also highlights how knowledge management dovetails with the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) framework and the ISO 30401:2018.
