Pursuant to the objectives of Executive Order No. 605, the Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) conducts the Public Sector Quality and Productivity Improvement Forum. This annual forum features themes relevant to the needs, challenges and issues of the public sector.

The forum is being organized  for public sector organizations to learn from experts, share experiences, and develop collaborations towards a common goal of Quality Management System (QMS).
