The GQMPO is a Program Management Office created to support the implementation of the GQMP. Specifically, it prepares annual Program strategic plans; oversees, monitors and evaluates Program implementation; reports Program accomplishments; and, provides necessary technical and administrative support in the implementation of projects and components under the GQMP.

1GQMP 2019: 2019 QMS ManualsThe Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) was created to ensure wider adoption of quality management system across public sector organizations. As part of its commitment to provide advocacy and capability-building interventions to public sector organizations, the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) aims to develop and publish manuals that provides guidance to public sector organizations in developing their QMS documented information.  The project aims to develop generic manuals on developing a procedure for human resource processes and maintenance of infrastructure.
2COE 2019: PUBLIC SECTOR PRODUCTIVITY INNOVATION LABORATORYThe DAP developed the PSP Innovation Laboratory for the Philippine government. Innovation laboratories are charged with developing new technologies, products, solutions, or programs.
3GQMP 2020: Development of QMS Certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 Standard for the Municipality of San Vicente, Palawan                                                       The project aims to establish a QMS certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 standard for the LGU of San Vicente covering its management, core and support processes, and effect improvement in the quality of its services on the provision and regulation of quality public services, programs, and projects in the areas of health, social welfare, public information, environmental management, public infrastructure, tourism, public safety, and economic development to the constituents of San Vicente, Palawan.

Specifically, it shall:
a)enhance the understanding and appreciation of key officers and staff on the principles and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard;
b)develop the capabilities of key officers and staff in preparing for and sustaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification;
c) prepare the documentation and implementation requirements for QMS certification and for maintaining and sustaining the established QMS; and,
d)exhibit verifiable process and/or service quality improvement in the provision of basic services, licensing and permitting, treasury, assessment, and engineering.
4GQMP 2020: Expansion of QMS Certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 Standard for the Philippine Aerospace Development CorporationThe project aims to expansion of the ISO 9001:2015-certified QMS to cover full process scope and its field offices for the Philippine Aerospace Development Corporation
5GQMP 2020: Development of Generic QMS Manuals (GQMP PUBLICATIONS)As part of the GQMP’s commitment to provide advocacy and capability-building interventions to public sector organizations, the DAP shall develop and publish manuals that will provide guidance to public sector organizations in establishing ISO-Aligned QMS without spending too much on getting expensive third-party interventions. 
6GQMP 2020: GQMP 2020: Advocacy and Capability-Building Activities on Innovating the Public SectorToday, the public sector faces increasing sophistication of public demand and other new challenges. Addressing these issues potentially requires new ideas. Changing citizen expectations, policy challenges, global trends, fiscal pressures and technological changes are just some of the issues that drive the government sector to extract and apply innovative ideas to its existing systems. In many cases, various conventional approaches have been applied to resolve prevalent issues with little success, thus new ideas are needed to resolve them. With the recent passage of the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 and in line with the current thrust of the Duterte Administration to improve the delivery of public services, the DAP is implementing the projects that promotes public sector innovation that focuses on advancing innovation in providing the utmost public services for the Filipino citizens and stakeholders, adhering to the changing public demand, policy challenges, global trends, fiscal pressures, and technological development.

Through the General Appropriations Act of 2020, the DAP shall conduct advocacy and capability building activities to government agencies, through the project GQMP 2020: Innovating the Public Sector, to capacitate the public sector on innovation-related concepts, principles, tools and techniques and to promote innovation in the public sector.
7GQMP 2020: Program ManagementThis project will serve as the Program Management  of the GQMP 2018. Thus, the following outputs are expected: 1. Implementing teams/units are properly guided on the project requirements, i.e. physical targets and expected outcomes; and administrative, financial and technical requirements;  2. List of GQMP beneficiary agencies; 3. Technical inputs on the implementation of QMS projects; 4. Quarterly accomplishment and financial reports.
