The PQTO handles the provision of public offerings and specialized courses on productivity and quality for both public and private sectors.

The purpose is to build capabilities in critical skills, thinking skills, positive mindset and right attitude on productivity and quality.

3Certified Productivity Practitioner’s Course for NPO (June 29-July 3)The course aims to enhance the competencies of productivity practitioners in NPOs by equipping them with theoretical and practical knowledge of productivity improvement strategies at organizational level. After attending the course, participants will be guided to complete the project reports and become certified as APO Productivity Practitioners.
4GQMP 2019: transformaing Public Sector Service Delivery through 5S Phase II (Institutionalizing the 5S Good Housekeeping Program)The project aims to improve the productivity and quality of the interested public sector organizations through the elimination of various organizational wastes, prevention of errors, work simplification, development and implementation of workplace standards, and other related activities that 5S Good Housekeeping will have impact upon. It also seeks to institutionalize 5S Good Housekeeping that shall steer the bureaucracy towards a citizen-centered service delivery consciousness and culture of quality.
5COE-PSP 2019: Government Best Practice RecognitionGBPR seeks to promote and showcase outstanding practices demonstrated by public sector organizations.
6GAA: Development of Quality Management System Certifiable to ISO 9001:2015 for  Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Compostella ValleyThe project aims to facilitate the establishment of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS for the LGUs covering its core, management, and support processes.
